I like working at Synchrony because the company invests in their employees and wants us to be successful in our chosen careers. I feel valued in my current role and supported in pursuit of my future endeavors.
I started my career as a Customer Service Representative and later moved to the Risk Portfolio team. My goal was to learn as much as possible, so I made lateral moves within the Fraud department, including Fraud Prevention, Fraud Investigations and Fraud Underwriting. The experience and skills I gained through these different roles helped prepare me for the role of Subject Matter Expert for Fraud Tactical Operations.
Taking advantage of the professional development opportunities provided by Synchrony, I was accepted into the exciting STEP (Skills Training for Evolving Professionals) Program, which was a phenomenal learning experience! This skills-building training program also gave me the opportunity to represent our Hyderabad site in Stamford, CT and meet many of our inspiring leaders in person.

The best advice that I can offer is to come out of your comfort zone, push your limits and achieve your goals.
