My name is Larrisa Ramos and I’m a Customer Service Manager. When I started six years ago, I needed a job to pay the bills. The longer I’ve worked at Synchrony, the more I know this is where I want to be and hope to retire from. My career has blossomed at Synchrony.

I started as a Customer Service Representative and progressed to a Customer Experience Specialist, then I had the opportunity to become a Customer Service Manager. Just as I’ve been able develop my Synchrony career, it’s rewarding to see the people I manage to develop as professionals. I work hard to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable working and growing in. My growth, as well as my teams’, at Synchrony continues to be a direct result of our supportive work environment.

I share my experience as proof that if you dedicate yourself to developing your skills and connecting with all the amazing people around you, you can have success in your career. Synchrony encourages building relationships and networking. When you are able to build genuine relationships, through caring and being passionate in what you do, and you have the right support around you, your possibilities are limitless.

What I would tell somebody who’s considering working for Synchrony: It’s the best decision I’ve made in my career! There’s so much to do here and choose from—Customer Service, Fraud, IT, Security, Risk, Marketing—you’ll definitely be able to find a career at a company like this. The opportunity for growth within Synchrony is endless and you’ve got to challenge yourself, find out how good you are, and go beyond that.
