For Luis, the ability to work remotely has allowed him to stay safe and protect his family. Even while working from home, Luis spends quality time with his children whenever they need him. He can also stay connected to his coworkers with the top-notch technology Synchrony provides.

For Elena, the chance to work from home was a new, challenging experience that she used as a springboard to learn more and grow personally and professionally in her Synchrony career.

And for Donald, working from his home space is more productive, especially without the morning commute. He feels he’s better able to concentrate on his work duties and still stay connected to his team.

We’re proud of all of our  employees for their ability to adapt to the new way of working and for their daily wins and contributions—no matter where they sit.
