EQUIPMENT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Scenario 1: NLE (No Longer Employed)
a. Associate/User Manager creates NLE Asset retrieval request.
b. Once L2 Team received the request, L2 will send the Asset details of the NLE to FM for retrieval via email.
c. FM will print the Manifesto and send Transport service to retrieve the Assets
d. NLE prepare and pack the Assets for retrieval
e. Transport service will collect the Assets from the NLE
f. Transport service will inform the Facilities Team regarding the retrieved Assets and housekeeping will sanitize the Assets to be place in the temporary holding area.
g. Security will check and scan the retrieved Assets and handover to FM.
h. FM will endorse the retrieved Assets to L2 Team and send email communication to provide all the status report.
i. L2 Team will verify all retrieved Assets and close the Request.
Scenario 2: Asset Replacement
a. User or user Manager create a request for a faulty Asset
b. L2 will contact user to check the issue and troubleshoot if can be resolve.
c. If issue is unresolve due to a faulty Asset, L2 will prepare Asset and accountability form together with gate pass for the replacement Asset.
d. L2 team will endorse the Asset and accountability form to FM for delivery and retrieval of faulty Asset.
e. FM will dispatch Transport service to deliver and retrieve the Asset.
f. The Transport service will deliver and retrieve the Asset from the user with the signed accountability form.
g. Transport service will inform FM regarding the retrieved faulty Asset and housekeeping will sanitize the Assets to be place in the temporary holding area.
h. Security will check and scan the retrieved faulty Asset and handover to FM.
i. FM will endorse the retrieved faulty Assets to L2 team for repair or safekeeping.
j. L2 Team will verify the Asset and close the Ticket.
